邵建中课题组
课题组负责人
邵建中,女,博士,教授,博士生导师。1983年毕业于浙江丝绸工学院染化系,留校任教。1993年10月至1998年8月留学英国,获英国曼彻斯特大学纺织化学博士学位;2000年8月至2001年8月在美国北卡州立大学做博士后研究工作。现任浙江理工大学“化学工程与技术”浙江省重中之重学科(一级)负责人,“生态染整技术”教育部工程研究中心负责人,“生态染整及污染控制”浙江省重点科技创新团队带头人和首席科学家,轻化工程系系主任,“轻化工程”国家特色专业负责人。兼任《纺织学报》编委,《印染》杂志专家指导委员会委员,国家自然科学基金、国家863计划、国家科技支撑计划等项目的评审人,《Coloration Technology》和《纺织学报》等10余份国内外学术刊物的编委或审稿人等。
长期从事纺织化学与染整工程相关的教学和科研,已主持承担和完成国家自然科学基金项目 3 项、国家和省部级项目 20 余项;发表学术论文 200余篇;授权中国发明专利 22 项;以第一完成人获国家科学技术进步二等奖 1 项,中国纺织工业科技进步一等奖 1 项,中国商业科技进步一等奖 1 项,教育部中国高校科技进步二等奖 1 项,浙江省教学成果一等奖 1 项。
获得的个人荣誉和奖励主要有:享受国务院特殊津贴 (2008年), 浙江省优秀教师(2002年),浙江省优秀留学回国人员(2008年),浙江省有突出贡献中青年专家(2009年),浙江省三八红旗手(2010年),中国侨界贡献奖(2010年),中国纺织学术带头人(2011年),全国优秀科技工作者(2012年)等。

研究领域
纺织品仿生结构生色方向
结构色的产生无须染料和颜料等化学着色剂的存在,其实质是物体特殊的组织结构对光的散射、色散、衍射或干涉等作用而产生的视觉效果。该研究方向应用数码喷印技术实现纳米微球在柔性纺织品表面的快速定量定位施加和自组装,应用结构稳定剂改善仿生结构中微球间的连接强度和微球与基材间的结合牢度。期望通过该研究探明数码喷印条件下纳米微球的自组装行为,揭示自组装仿生微结构的稳定化机制,获得大面积有序组装和图形化按需组装的结构色,为纺织品数码印花仿生结构生色的工业化应用奠定理论基础。

纺织品光固化染整加工方向
光固化技术以光波作为能量源,通过激发态分子的化学反应来实现聚合固化。与常规热化学的本质区别,具有反应能耗低、固化快、污染小、体系灵活、适应性强等独特优势。本研究方向将新型光固化技术与纺织染整加工环节(数码印花、功能整理、涂层加工等)相结合,通过交叉学科间的基础理论与应用实践研究,开发光固化纺织品数码喷墨印花、光固化纺织品功能整理、光固化纺织品涂层加工等新技术,加快生态染整加工新技术的开发与应用。

功能性纺织化学品是纺织品升级换代和提高附加值的关键,不仅可使纺织品更加功能化,而且还能改造染整工艺,使纺织品更趋高档化、绿色化。
