主讲人简介：

Dr Gladson Chikwa is a Higher Education professional from the UK. He obtained his PhD in Educational Studies from the University of Sheffield.  He is an education professional with work experience in both secondary schools and higher education in different contexts including Africa, Europe (UK), Latin America and the Middle East. He has been engaged with higher education for more than 12 years in different capacities including teaching, faculty development and research.  In addition, he has also been involved in a wide range of leadership and management roles over a long career. Currently, he is based in the Centre for Faculty Development at Zhejiang Sci-Tech University where he is providing an Advanced Level Course in Teaching and Learning to University Teachers.
